THIS IS MY STORY
I have always been a big advocate on the "age is just a number" mentality. Working from a young age gave me a non-traditional approach to the working world. While it may have been strange to do "life" in the wrong order, I have found that it is now a big part of who I am. My personality, as well as my overall identity as a working professional come from being exposed to different workplace situations.
My unique background and upbringing has allowed me to work with people from all over the world, explore management positions early on, and learn more about myself. This, of course, came with many failures, conflicts, and having to make difficult decisions. But then again, how else would I learn to manage these conflicts, disasters, while excelling in crisis-management?
